Reflections upon my Transformation.
Aug 8th
To transform my life is not about just changing it, the outside or external parts of my life. It is about transforming my thoughts, my thinking, and more importantly, who I think I am. This fundamental core belief about my identity, who I am in the world, is very difficult to alter, as it has been around along time and has been supported in a variety of ways. For the most part, and for many, it is hidden from view, hidden from the individual who life it rules.
This transformation to which I refer is difficult as my core belief, my self limiting belief, attempts to stay in control. It does not want to change, as it is my identity, who I think I am. We must have an identity, even if it is negative one. The transformation that will take place is slow and will require consistent and constant effort. The intervention that I am using is the use of positive affirmations. Saying and writing the positive affirmations everyday will eventually transform a person’s life and ultimately who he or she thinks they are in the world and in life.
Acknowledgement, a way to transform your life.
Jul 22nd
Moving on our journey through life can have its ups and down. We can have our breakdowns and our breakthroughs. One of the important breakthroughs to have concerns that from which we actually create our life, from our thoughts and thinking. We create our life and state of being from our thoughts, from how we perceive others, people, places and things. We create our experiences from the meaning we give life.
One way to consciously and deliberately create our life is through the use of acknowledgements. There are two forms or types of acknowledgements, for others and for ourselves. To create a positive state of being, a positive space from which we can live powerfully, could be enhanced by acknowledging others, for saying positive things about others, to recognize and express verbally how that person is actually transforming their life in a positive manner. What we put out will come back to us.
The second form of acknowledgement has to do with ourselves. Given that we sometimes, if not a lot of the time, live life from a space of negative self concept, to generate positive statements or acknowledgements of self is about
actively transforming our state of being. To acknowledge the positive things that we are doing is to reinforce them, to keep them alive in our world, to cause more of them to continue to show up in our life.

Keeping life in perspective is important for living.
Jun 7th
It is important that we keep life in perspective. It is important for us keep life in perspective to be able to live our life authentically. Much of the time people live life as if it will never end, as if we will live forever. For some, they become addicted to thinking that they will continue forever, that we will never die. Even if we do not declare this overtly, our behavior appears to be in alignment with the belief in our immortality. In all of our affairs it is important for us to keep in mind that life is not forever and that we consider all of our priorities with this in mind. Given this perspective it is my opinion that it is not material concerns that are important but rather our relationships with others, with other human beings, that being of service and assistance is truly what matters in life.
Fear appearing as though it is running your life.
May 31st
The emotion of fear and how it can appear to be running our life is of great importance to have an inquiry about. We sometimes believe that the emotion of fear is running our life, that it can stop us, control us and limit us from getting out of life what we say we want. We do have a tendency to believe that fear is the cause of some of our problems, some of the difficulties that we are experiencing. While there is some truth to this, it is more that fear is an emotion that we experience, sometimes to the point that we truly believe that it stops us. As an emotion fear has something in common with all emotions. An emotion or feeling is how our body experiences our thinking, how we experience thoughts and beliefs in our body. The emotion of fear is no different as it is created or driven by a thought, one very fundamental and basic to our very core, of who we think we are. Fundamentally we believe that we are not good enough, and as a result experience the emotion of fear as well as others emotions and feelings. Fear is about me believing that I can not really handle life, that somehow it will handle me, that I am not adequate enough as a person to live life fully, that somehow I am not good enough to do life properly. Once I have that I am not good enough I will perceive of the world and others as more powerful and adequate than me and as a result be open to the emotional response of fear when life starts to show up as I created it.
