Over the past few weeks I have been listening to Gentle Dreams mixed with the sounds of the Ocean. What I am finding is that my body, and eventually my mind, starts to relax, almost immediately. There is a great deal of soothing power in water, and in particular in the ocean. The ocean simply mesmerizes me as I am listening to it. While I listen to this recording in the evening, around when I am going to bed, I have been finding myself drifting off to sleep more effectively and gently.
