Managing Stress with Prescription for Stress.

Managing our stress is very important if not crucial to our overall well being. “Prescription for Stress” is an audio product specially designed to assist an individual in managing and reducing the stress that he or she may experience on a daily basis. Panchakarma, a New Experience.

Last week I had an entirely new experience, Panchakarma.  Panchakarma is a cleansing and rejuvenating program for the body, mind and consciousness.  For one week, from Sunday until Saturday, I lived at the Ayurvedic Institute in Albuquerque, New Mexico and experienced the program of Panchakarma.

As a way of cleansing your body and even your mind, I would recommended everyone to explore Panchakarma and how it could be of assistance to them.  I know that I will go back, hopefully to redo this program on a yearly basis.

Notes on Debbie Ford’s, The Shadow Effect.

This is a very powerful movie.  I recommended it to everyone, especially those interested in transforming their lives.
What are you hiding?
When will you face the truth?

We repress our “shadow.”
Life has to be in alignment with the Shadow.

Using Positive Affirmations to Transform your life.

Enhanced Healing is developing two types of Positive Affirmation programs.  All of the first affirmation programs that are being created are about 30 minutes in length.  The second set of positive affirmation programs will be about 10 mins length.  Each positive affirmation program has three components to its creation, therapeutic relaxation music, binaural tones and positive affirmations.  These new products will be put on the website in approximately three weeks.

The areas or domains that are being created have to do with confidence, forgiveness, hypertension, self esteem, relaxation, prosperity and abundance, Who I am, Recovery from Drugs and Alcohol, Surgery, Spirituality, relationships, general health, sleep, my future, smoking cessation, and weight management.
