What are you committed to in life, structure or chaos?
Sep 1st
This is a simple question to asks anyone whether they are in recovery or practicing transformation. What are you committed to in life? Are you committed to structure or are you committed to chaos? Your answer to this question is important. Regardless of what you say, the truth of your commitment will show up in your behavior.
If you are committed to chaos you will find life very difficult. You will also find doing recovery difficult, if not impossible. To be committed to chaos means that you will not do what you say you would do, you will be late for appointments, if you show up at all, will not complete on much of the work that you need to do to change or transform your life. Living life from the perspective of chaos will also allow you to take no absolutely no responsibility for your life, giving you the ability to blame others.
To be structured is to put order into your life. To be structured means that I will set up goals and take on accomplishing them through doing what I need to do. I will show up for my appointments and do what I say I will do. I will create a plan for my week, for my month, and then will go about making what I want happen. Structure lets me predict what will happen to me, as I am the one actively creating life, not being the effect of life. Creating the habit of structure will allow you to transform your life.

Jul 13th
Enhanced Healing is in the process of developing two programs for combining positive affirmations and therapeutic relaxation music. As we know, when a person listens to the therapeutic relaxation music, especially with headphones, a very relaxed audio environment is created. When a person becomes relaxed the delivery of positive affirmations is much more effective, in fact the positive affirmations take on being like hypnotic suggestions, suggestions to help to transform the person’s sense of self and inner conversation.
The first program will be approximately 30 minutes long and the second about 10 mins long. There will be listenings that combines therapeutic relaxation music and positive affirmations as well as others that will add the sounds of nature, stream, ocean, forest and rain to the music and affirmations. There will also be positive affirmations mixed with only the sounds of nature.
It is suggested that one use these programs daily. Furthermore, there will be 16 different topics, ranging from self esteem, relaxation, smoking, confidence to sleep.

May 18th
The work of Louise Hay has should us the power of using positive affirmations. Positive affirmations can transform a person’s life. Using positive affirmations on a daily basis can improve self esteem and confidence. The use of positive affirmations can also be enhanced by the use of therapeutic relaxation music, especially music that uses binaural audio tones to deepen the state of relaxaton generated by the music. Using therapeutic relaxation music creates an audio space for the positive affirmations to be presented to the individual in a very powerful way. When used in this manner the positive affirmations become hypnotic suggestions, suggestions that are designed for changing the person’s life.
Hypertension and being present to your Breath
May 5th
One way to lower your blood pressure is to become not only present to your breath, your breathing, but to practice slow and deep breathing exercise. The intention of the practice is to make the exercise apart of your regular breathing pattern. Such exercises can also enhance your over all well being. To further the practice of slow and deep breathing a person can utilize therapeutic relaxation music. The relaxation music will assist a person in creating a space of relaxation, thereby enabling them to be more effective with the practice of breathing. The end result will be that one can lower both his or her blood pressure but also their daily stress level.

Cognitive Psychology has taught us that our thinking is a very important component in our life. More specifically, our thoughts, ideas, beliefs and thinking patterns create our feelings which in turn determine much of our behavior or actions. How we think is how we will act or behave. hange a person’s thinking and you can change his or her behavior and life. One way to change a person’s thoughts is through the use of affirmations. An affirmation is an idea or thought that affirms or states that something is so, that something is true.
Affirmations are not always positive. In fact, affirmations can be either positive or negative depending upon what a person creates for himself. Every thought that we have in our mind is an affirmation. Unfortunately, many people have negative thoughts and ideas running their lives which creates negative affirmations about themselves, others and life in general. Ultimately, all affirmations that we have are about us. As we have and say negative thoughts, idea or beliefs, negative affirmations, it does affect our behavior, our actions, and what we create and experience in life.
You can change the direction of your life by using positive affirmations. The first step is to become present to the existence and power of affirmations and then to start to direct them in a positive direction for your life, in a direction that supports and enhances your life. The “Power of Affirmation” series that we have created can help you to feel better and as a result to start to experience life differently and more positively in different areas of your life. We have created affirmation programs for hypertension, relaxation, self esteem, prosperity and abundance, surgery, forgiveness and recovery.
We recommend that you listen to your chosen affirmation program once a day for at least 30 days. Each affirmation program utilizes therapeutic relaxation music with binaural audio tones combined with 10 positive affirmations. The secret to using positive affirmations to change your life rests with repetition. Also the more emotional support you put into the use and practice of affirmations the more powerful they will be for you and as a result assist you in achieving the results you want. Above all, be patient with yourself and the use of positive affirmations. Changing ones life takes time and commitment!

Research is showing that consistent use of both therapeutic relaxation music and breathing exercising do help to lower a person’s blood pressure. I have currently created a product that combines therapeutic relaxation music and a guided breathing exercise to help a person lower his or her blood pressure. The primary purpose is to teach a person how to breathe in a manner that will lower his or her blood pressure and then give him or her a variety of therapeutic relaxation music selections to practice the exercise.
The Key to Therapeutic Relaxation Music and Stress Reduction
Apr 11th
Therapeutic relaxation music can effectively reduce your stress level, how your experience life. At times things happen and we get upset or anxious, we start to experience stress. One very effective and efficient way to manage and reduce stress is to listen to therapeutic relaxation music. However, much of the music that is now on the market for stress reduction does not in fact reduce stress. The therapeutic relaxation music must be of a certain structure for it to be relaxing and therapeutic, that is, reduce stress. The goal for such much is to create a space of relaxation for the person to step into and enjoy. If the person is experiencing relaxation he or she can not be stressed. The key to the construction of the music that is therapeutic is the slow movement of the music created primarily by long sustained chords and transition slowly. A lot of movement in the music will not create the effect that is desired.
The Therapeutic Nature of Therapeutic Relaxation Music
Mar 28th
The music that is therapeutic, that can be very effective in counseling and in personal use for stress reduction has a specific nature or structure. The music that I have developed is uniquely designed to create a very deep state of relaxation. To accomplish this I use only sustained chords. The more sustaining the chords the more of a sense of relaxation is created. The feeling of the music is one that is very slow. The music also has a very repetitious nature. That is the music that I have created utilizes short musical patterns that repeat themselves. As with the use of sustained chords, the more repetitious the music the more of a sense of relaxation is created for the one listening. In addition to the sustained chores, I also use binaural audio tones to assist the person into moving into a more relaxed state. My music uses either theta or delta binaural audio tones. The sustained chords, the repetitious nature of the musical pattern and the binaural audio tones always create a very relaxed state. The music is ideal for assisting people with reducing their stress and also for use in counseling, during individual and group counseling sessions.
